The Dowelock System
Dowelock is designed to operate with both hydrophilic and compression gaskets. The dowel has the performance to restrain forces generated by both types of gaskets minimising joint gaps and offsets. The Dowelock system has been independently tested at a test-house accredited to NADCAP & UKAS. A Full technical data package is on request - please contact us for further details

Grout Socket Assembly
Within the Grout Socket Assembly range are the Non-Return Valve, Grout Plug, Plug Sealing Washer, and the External Waterbar. Available in various sizes, ranging from 80mm long to 217mm long.

Grout/lifting sockets
With capacities ranging from 100kN to in excess of 300kN, we have a range of sockets to cover all circumstances. Available in standard lengths of 80, 130, 168 and 217mm, but can be extended to any length with the use of our extension tubes. Our sockets can be supplied with end caps, and non-return valves that can be inserted from the intrados to allow proof grouting.
Plugs
To suit our grout/lifting sockets are available with different seals depending on the sealing pressure required and have been tested to pressures in excess of 15 Bar.

Non-Return Valve
Manufactured to suit our own sockets with a 'triple start' thread that allows the valve to be fitted from the intrados of the tunnel and with standard threads for use in Bentonite Injection systems in Microtunnels and shafts.

The Spearbolt System:
Plastic socket sizes are available in 20x135, 24x135 and 24x150mm. The large thread design on the socket allows the bolt to be inserted 4-5 times faster than traditional metric thread. The design of the threads utilises the strength of the concrete (as the load is transmitted through the concrete) therefore not relying on the strength of the plastic.

Spear-Bolt Sockets
TTC have developed the fast-thread socket now familiar to many customers as a fast and efficient method of fixing tunnel segments.
Available in a range of lengths and diameters to suit different applications and the line loads exerted by gasket sealing systems.

Spear-Bolts
Our bolts are manufactured in the UK to customer’s individual requirements. You can specify the length, diameter, steel grade, and choose from a range of surface finishes (e.g. galvanised, bright zinc plating etc.). They can be supplied in grade 4.6 and 8.8.
